Does the Electric Bicycle Charger need CCC certification?

Regarding CCC certification, I believe that those who understand the Electric Bicycle industry specifications and standards are no strangers. It is worth affirming that Electric Bicycles must be CCC certified, but as its accessory - does the charger also have to do the same certification? Most people think that certification is needed, but the definition table does not find the corresponding product classification.

 

 

However, the relevant certification supervision and management department has recently replied that the Ebike Charger is not in the CCC certification directory and does not obtain CCC certification separately. When the Electric Bike is certified by CCC, the charger should be tested as a key component, and the relevant information should be included in the certificate of E Bike products.

 

I believe that everyone should have a bottom in mind, but this provision is understandable, after all, safety is no small matter. Being strict is a good thing for all of us! On the other hand, it is also forced to standardize the relevant lithium electric bicycle manufacturers, only strict requirements of the national regulations, the company can develop healthily.
