A Brief Introduction For Ebike Display Instrument

I believe everyone is familiar with instruments, which are electronic products installed on Common Bicycles , Electric Bike , Motorcycles , cars and other transportation vehicles to record and display various riding data, such as current speed, riding mileage, riding time, etc. The high-end watch also has altitude, air pressure, slope display, etc.

 

Today, taking the instrument panel on our Lithium Battery Assisted Electric Bicycles as an example, we will introduce it to you: firstly, the instrument panel currently on the market consists of a meter head, a meter base, an induction magnet, a pedal frequency controller (not a standard accessory), a stopwatch light (not a standard accessory), and roughly five parts.

 

Although they come in various shapes, such as square, circle, diamond, etc., depending on the actual location and aesthetic preferences, and the colors are also dazzling, their working principles are similar.

The principle is that when the car circle rotates, the sensor captures the information brought by the induction magnet and transmits it to the odometer through the sensing line. The host odometer processes this and calculates the speed, mileage, and other information.

 

Simply put, a magnet like device is installed on the front wheel, and a sensor is mounted on the front fork. When the wheel rotates once, the magnet passes by the sensor once, and the speedometer counts one revolution. Based on the pre-set wheel parameters, the speedometer calculates the speed and distance.

 

Simply put, the working principle is to measure the speed by multiplying the rotational speed of the wheel by its circumference during the cycling process.
