Not long ago, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau officially released the "Operation and Management Service Specification for Electric Bicycle Charging Facilities". The new regulations regulate the general requirements, operation and service management requirements, evaluation and improvement of electric bicycle charging facilities, and focus on improving the safety level of charging facilities in various aspects such as site selection, acceptance, operation, and maintenance. After the implementation of the new regulations, it will provide safe and reliable charging services for nearly 5 million electric bicycles in Beijing. This specification will be implemented from July 1st this year.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the safety inspection of charging facilities to ensure their safe operation. At the same time, we will strengthen the supervision of charging facilities, increase residents' willingness to use them, and encourage them to actively cultivate a safe charging habit of not going upstairs for electric bicycles.
